All departments can participate in Culture Cup 2026, and team leaders will help guide their teams through each week's challenge. Whether you're meeting in person or connecting through Teams, the goal is to participate together, have fun, and build team spirit throughout the month!

This Week's Challenge

Create your team's identity and prepare for the tournament ahead!!
✅ Choose a team name
✅ Design a creative team slogan
✅ Choose team colors 
✅ Choose a team mascot
✅ Design an optional team flag
✅ Wear your team colors one day this week and take a team photo!

Bonus Challenge:

Try to creatively incorporate a company value or commitment into your slogan!!
